The PTSA is proud to support PBHS seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and involvement in PTSA activities. Seniors who qualify will be eligible to receive scholarships and graduation cords in recognition of their commitment to both their education and school community. To be considered, students must participate in PTSA-sponsored events, maintain good academic standing, and meet all eligibility criteria. The Pompano Beach High PTSA is currently accepting requests for funding for any PBHS class, club or organization. This Form must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the monthly PTSA Board Meeting or Scheduled General Meeting. Funding requests will be reviewed by the PBHS Principal (or Principal designee), the PTSA Board and voted on. Requestors (or designees) are required to attend the monthly board meeting (or a general meeting) and present their request, and include specifically what the funds will be used for. Board meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month, and general meetings are held four times per year.
*An applicant may request up to $400.00. Funds requested are to be used for education, and enrichment items or activities that are school approved. Funds may be paid directly for items to a vendor with a detailed invoice of costs, or, be paid to the school club directly which must be deposited into an existing school organization, club or class account. Per school policy, funds may not be used for the purchase of food items.
